About Us

Kopecky Campbell Associates (KCA) opened its doors in early November 2008 to patients with a variety of neurological needs. KCA offers two board certified neurologists as well as a certified Physician Assistant who provide well-balanced, individualized care plans. In addition to providing neurological consultations and follow-up care, multiple procedures are offered as well. We also offer nutritional consultations and cosmetic procedures.

Our Physicians

Drs. Kopecky and Campbell practiced medicine together for more than five years in Franklin, Tennessee before opening KCA. The physicians met at Vanderbilt University where they were both Associate Professors of Clinical Neurology. As they grew professionally and personally, both agreed on the need to transition to a private practice environment, which would allow for a more efficient and customer service oriented approach to addressing the needs of their patients.

Frances Kopecky, M.D., is from Bellevue, Nebraska and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in biology. She subsequently received her medical doctorate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Kopecky then went on to complete her internship in internal medicine and her neurology residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Creighton Medical School in Omaha, Nebraska. There, she was selected chief resident. Dr. Frances Kopecky is married and has two children.

Gretchen Campbell, M.D., is from Birmingham, Alabama and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She subsequently received her medical doctorate from Meharry Medical College. Dr. Campbell then went on to complete her internship in psychiatry and internal medicine, followed by a residency in neurology at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. She was selected chief resident during her final year. Dr. Campbell is married and has two children.
